How to Make Windows 7 Run Faster - Speed UP Windows 7

Although Windows 7 was quite the rage when it came out however with time, people realized that it too was not without its share of flaws. The primary complaint being the fact that it was easily susceptible to running slow after a few uses, this is obviously a big problem for an average computer user as a slow speed for your computer gets one aggravated and frustrated.

This problem is impacting more and more Windows 7 systems, and is becoming even more apparent as Windows 7 becomes older. Many people are not aware of the reason why this is so and what they are oblivious of is that this is caused due to a design flaw that is inbuilt which is in the form of a “Registry”.

The registry is the prime reason behind the computers running slow. In spite of the fact that the registry is responsible for making the computers run slows, it still remains an integral part of Windows. It acts as a huge data storage house or repository and was introduced in Windows 98. It is still used to help Windows run as quickly and smoothly as possible. The registry stores all the information in your system, from your internet bookmarks to your desktop wall paper. It is essential for Windows to run but it is the reason too that causes Windows 7 to run slow.

Since the Registry has so many files saved up and stored, it has tremendous load on it. And every time you add or delete files or applications, the registry too is getting modified and it is constantly opening up scores of files to help your Windows operate. This entire process whereby so many files are being opened up and read, confuses Windows and it ends up saving the wrong files. This leads to the storage of damaged or corrupted files. When this transpires, your computer is rendered helpless and it cannot read them properly thus slowing down the computer speed.

Whenever your computer wants to access these corrupted files again, its consistently forced to take longer to open these files. This causes it to boot slowly and slowing down the overall computer speed. However like cloud has a silver lining, we too have a solution to offer you. All you need to do is to get a Registry Cleaner and your problems will be solved. The Registry Cleaner automatically scans through the entire registry database and fixes any problems there are. Thus enhancing and boosting the speed of your computer. This is simple yet highly effective solution to Speed UP Windows 7.

Registry cleaners come with their own problems. I hate to use them, but sometimes it comes to that. BE sure to back up, back up, back up.

Hello Katie, Thanks for your kind comment. I agree with you that there are many softwares and tricks to speed up windows 7 but many methods and programs dont work as they should. If your computer is slow due to corrupt registry then you can repair your computer registry by using "Registry Mechanic" software. I have personally used that software several times and it really worked for me.
